Living at SAU

With 14 residences and two apartments on campus, the university provides various housing options for students. Except for Bussey Hall, which houses only female students, and Talbot Hall, which houses only male students, all other residences are co-ed.

• The Mulerider Pointe Apartments are a five-building, three-story complex that houses 80 students in 24 double-occupancy bedrooms. Only students with a GPA of 2.5 and 60 hours completed or a GPA of 3.5 and completed 40 hours are eligible to live in this apartment.
• The University Village apartment, on the other hand, houses 264 upper-class students in 2 to 4-bedroom apartments. Students with a GPA of 2.5 and 60 hours completed or a GPA of 3.5 and 40 hours completed are eligible to live in this apartment.
