On-Campus Accommodation
Students have access to both on-campus and off-campus residence living. Residence halls Towers East and Towers South. The Board of Regents requires all Southeast Missouri State University full-time students to reside on campus for the duration of their two academic years. There are several exemptions offered.
The university offers its students ten dining halls and ten housing halls. Towers East, Towers North, Towers West, Towers South, Vandiver, and LaFerla are a few of the residence halls on the list. Merick Hall includes double occupancy suite-style rooms that are joined by a common entryway and bathroom. There are also other little living rooms scattered throughout the structure, along with a sizable game, laundry, and fireplace room.
4 four-person suites and a few triple rooms are available at Myers, and each has an attached bathroom. The students must share the sitting space, kitchenette, and laundry facility. All of the residence halls allow pets. The university offers the following amenities:

Off-Campus Accommodation
Off-campus facilities include fully furnished apartments, with an average monthly rent between 500 and 700 USD
- Studio apartments, three-bedroom, four-bedroom, and communal apartments are among the residential types
- Stoves, refrigerators/freezers, dishwashers, and other standard domestic appliances are available in most units
- The residences are a short walk from the bus stop and offer a broad choice of shopping, dining, and entertainment options to suit all interests
