On-campus housing is available.

• All students have access to on-campus housing at the university.
• Suite-style resident halls include Nanticoke Hall, Manokin Hall, Wicomico Hall, Pocomoke Hall, Cluster-style residence halls include Choptank Hall, Chester Hall, and Severn Hall, and Cluster-style residence halls include Choptank Hall, Chester Hall, and Severn Hall.
• TV lounges, Ethernet and wireless connections, cable TV connections, air conditioning, unlimited laundry, vending machines, and other basic amenities are available.
