On-Campus Accommodation:

The interconnection between study groups, friend groups, and support groups is strengthened by OCU's living and learning community. Over 70% of students at the university prefer to stay in on-campus housing. With the submission of a petition and the fulfilment of specific criteria, students can reside in off-campus student housing in the United States. First-year students, sophomores, and seniors in the United States can live in gender-specific residence halls and apartments.

Each season's housing selection process is done separately for the students. The application fee of 15 USD (equal to 1,100 INR) is waived if the application is submitted on time.
