On Campus Accommodation
All undergraduate and graduate students at Nova Southeastern University have access to housing and eating facilities.
It features a variety of residence halls for freshman, such as Leo Goodwin Sr. Residence Hall and The Commons Residence Hall, as well as apartments for graduate students, such as Rolling Hills Building A & C.
Beds, desks, desk chairs, dressers, and a built-in storage/counter facility are provided in each room.
In Leo Goodwin Sr. Residence Hall, the majority of entering first-year students will live in a double or triple room.
The Commons will house all current undergraduate residents with 0–48 credit hours by the end of the winter semester (May 7, 2017).

Off Campus Accommodation
The average monthly rent is between 600 and 700 dollars.
Studio apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and communal apartments are among the residential types.
The majority of the apartments come with a laundry and dryer, a patio or balcony, and built-in USB charging connections, among other amenities.
The best shopping, dining, and entertainment in the city can all be found within walking distance.
