The eligibility criteria a student must meet to be considered for admission are:

• Overall Grade Point Average (GPA): 3.51 – 3.86 
• College Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Math Grade Point Average (GPA): 3.40 – 3.82 
• MCAT score: 505 – 515 
• English language proficiency test

English language proficiency requirements are:

A minimum of 60 per cent in English 30-1 (diploma examination) or a minimum of 65 per cent in English 30-2 (diploma examination) or provincial equivalent is required for admission to Northeast Ohio Medical University. A minimum of 60% in three extra Grade 12 courses is required.
