Residence Halls
On the Henniker campus, residence halls are housed in both more modern and older structures. Unless otherwise stated, each accommodation has the following amenities:
Wireless Internet, twin XL bed, desk and chair, dresser, closet or wardrobe, window shades, ceiling light etc.

Manchester Residence Halls
A vibrant neighbourhood of dedicated artists surrounds you if you choose to reside at NEC's Institute of Art and Design in Manchester. Each living hall is a short distance from campus, putting classrooms, studios, and galleries just outside your door. Additionally, all that downtown Manchester has to offer will be reachable on foot. Unless otherwise stated, each accommodation has the following amenities:
