You must have a 3.0 unweighted academic GPA based on 19 core units to be considered for admission.

In addition, students must pass either the ACT or the SAT:

A 22 composite ACT score, with an 18 English subscore and a 19 math subscore, or a 1030 composite SAT score, with at least a 450 critical reading score and a 460 math score.

If you choose to have your SAT or ACT scores considered as part of your application on the Common App, your admission and scholarship decisions will be based on your highest submitted score.

For admission and scholarship consideration, LSU uses a super score.

SRAR ratings based on self-report (Self-Reported Academic Record)
Scores on the Common Application based on self-reporting
When registering for the ACT or SAT as an institution that receives scores automatically, enter LSU's code.
