All first-year freshmen students coming to Life University who enrol in the College of Undergraduate Studies must live in University Housing for one academic year (3 quarters). 

The academic year at Life University is divided into three quarters: Fall, Winter, and Spring.

  • THE FOLLOWING EXEMPTIONS COULD BE APPLICABLE:
  1. Must be 22 years old or older - Must be married and/or have dependents (Requires copy of marriage certificate)
  2.  Live full-time with their parent(s) (or parental guardian) within a 15-mile driving distance to Life University, according to Google Maps. Freshman Student Athletes who get an athletic scholarship are not eligible for this exemption.
  3.  Students who enrol for less than 12 quarter credit hours in each of the first four quarters of attendance.
