If a first-year student has a GPA of 3.2 or greater and applies to Kennesaw State University for the fall 2022 semester, they may be admitted without an ACT or SAT score. To be eligible for admission, students with a GPA of less than 3.2 should submit valid ACT or SAT results together with their high school transcript. To get admitted, all students must be on pace to finish the Required High School Curriculum. On the Freshman Requirements page, you can learn more. Kennesaw State uses 17 required high school classes to compute your high school GPA for admission.

Test results are still necessary for some scholarships and programmes (e.g., Zell Miller) (eg. Architecture, KSU Journey Honors College).
