Hood College

Students at Hood find work in a variety of fields. The majority enter the workforce immediately, while others continue on to graduate school or law school. The U.S. State Department's liaison for Latin American Cultural Affairs is a Spanish major from Hood. Another alumnus teaches in France, while another works for the National Park Service, making bilingual brochures and other materials. 

Multinational firms such as IBM, Marriott, and COMSAT have hired other language majors.
