On-Campus Accommodation:

 

For both the spring and fall semesters, the University provides on-campus accommodation.

  • On the Hawaii Loa campus, there are six living halls with fairly equipped rooms, laundry facilities, power, sewage, water, and internet access available 24 hours a day, seven days a week
  • Security, common areas, and so on. Single, Twin, Triple, and Quad sharing options are available to students in Waterfall Lofts' 370-residential Community Hall
  • The Waterfront Lofts, a 370-bed residential complex on the second and third floors of the Aloha Tower Marketplace, is located on the downtown Honolulu waterfront. Rooms are provided in single, double, triple, and quad-sharing configurations
  • In order to take advantage of the University's On-Campus housing, students must also select a meal plan
  • Aside from that, the University provides various recreational opportunities such as basketball, tennis, the Fitness Center, and the Students Center, as well as Common Lounges and Laundry services
  • Students must submit an Intent to Enrol along with a USD 200 Enrolment Deposit and a Residence Application along with a USD 400 Housing Deposit in order to apply for on-campus housing
  • A student can also live in one of the many alternative student housing options offered in the United States
  • Keauhou Lane, Hala Mahana, Executive Centre Apartments, LLC, Waikiki Vista, College Student Apartments, Apartments.com Honolulu, and other rental websites are recommended by the University for students looking for off-campus housing

 

Off-Campus Accommodation:

 

The university urges that you start looking for off-campus housing as soon as possible. About a month before your planned move-in date, review and research your possibilities become familiar with the market, and begin phoning landlords to schedule viewings one to two weeks before you arrive.

Students can use rental websites to hunt for off-campus housing in a variety of ways. Different alternatives and living arrangements are available in the off-campus rental units. Some of the facilities provide hotel-style services, including weekly room cleaning and a variety of amenities and security procedures. Some of the private rental units/apartments provide classic apartment living with limited amenities and host property/residential managers.
