Felician University

The dormitories, which are less than a mile from the heart of Rutherford and just 10 miles outside of New York City, provide students with the opportunity to have a comprehensive college experience. The university offers on-campus housing for its students. Elliott Terrace or Milton Court Residence Halls are available to students.
 

1. Elliot Terrace

• Felician University's suite-style facility is Elliot Terrace. Elliot Terrace allows Juniors and Seniors to reside there. Six students are traditionally housed in three doubles per suite. Some suites can hold more or fewer pupils. Very few single rooms are available, as well as a small number of triple occupancy rooms.
• Elliott Terrace offers a community television/activity lounge, a laundry room, and a courtyard with a grill and terrace. On Elliott's "C" level, you'll find the Office of Residence Life (2C8) and the Security Office.
• Elliott Terrace residents are compelled to participate in the Board Plan because there are no kitchen facilities.

2. Milton Court

• Students are housed in suites at Milton Court, which consist of two double-capacity rooms connected by a bathroom.
• A quiet study lounge, community lounges, a game/activity lounge, and laundry are all available at Milton Court.
