On Campus Accommodation
The following housing halls are available for students at Duquesne University: Assumption Hall, Brottier Hall, Des Places Hall, Duquesne Towers, St. Ann Hall, St. Martin Hall, and Vickroy Hall are among the buildings on the Duquesne University campus.
Brottier Hall, in collaboration with Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM), offers upper-class and graduate students apartment-style living in studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments.
For the convenience of students, all Living Learning Centers have televisions, wireless internet, and laundry facilities.

Off Campus Accommodation
The average monthly rent is between 650 and 850 dollars.
There are a variety of floor plans available, ranging from studios to one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes.
Each floor plan features sophisticated details such as granite countertops and luxurious carpeted bedrooms, as well as in-unit laundry.
The student residences are completely furnished and include all basic amenities such as electricity, water, gas, and unrestricted internet access.
There are both private and shared bedroom options.
