All the housing options for first year students are situated on North Campus. Undergraduate residence halls have single and double rooms, some have triple or quads. Some of the facilities available in the residences include AC, private bathrooms, furniture, kitchenware, microwave, stove, refrigerators, vacuum cleaners.

• For specially challenged students, wheelchair accessible rooms are available.
• The residences consist of some facilities like 2 community centers, 3 dining halls, 2 cafes, a convenience store and grill.
