• Male first-year students are housed in two-person dormitories with communal bathrooms in Wollaeger Hall
• One hundred first-year students live in Luther Hall, which has two-person accommodation, community toilets, and air-conditioned community areas. A dining hall, library, academic buildings, and academic counselling are available as amenities
• Holst Hall - It offers apartment-style housing for 290 students. It features separate bedrooms for 2 and 4 people, a kitchen, a living area, and bathrooms
• Hyatt Village - It provides two-person, air-conditioned suites with private bathrooms that can accommodate guests of either gender. It has a community area, a TV, furniture, study tables, microwaves, and toasters, as well as five pods, each of which has eight rooms
• One-bedroom apartments are available at Mary and Martha apartments for students with families, spouses participating in graduate school, and adults over 24. The structure consists of six-bedroom apartments and private homes with amenities including parking spaces, private bathrooms, kitchens, and community laundry areas

According to Concordia University, eighty per cent of first-year students only live on campus. To experience college life, one should immerse themselves in the campus community. Holst Hall, Hyatt Village, Luther Hall, and Wollaeger Hall are Concordia's four residence halls. To stay in the US, students might also choose off-campus housing. Every semester, more than 500 students participate in more than 50 programmes and events sponsored by residential life.
