Claremont Graduate University offers two residence halls: Claremont Collegiate Apartments and The Oasis Residential Commons.

• Undergraduate students can choose between a one-bedroom and a studio apartment at Claremont Collegiate Apartments.
• The Oasis Residential Commons is only available to graduate students. It has group meeting rooms, a gym, a swimming pool, study rooms, etc.
• Four libraries, five cafeterias, three gyms, health and counselling centres, athletic facilities, ethnic centres, interfaith chaplaincy, a performing arts complex with cafes and other amenities are available to students living on campus.
• Off-campus housing is available for students and staff who wish to live away from campus. Some provide off-campus rental assistance, such as housing and apartment rentals and roommate listings.
