Enrolment Requirements

Before registering for classes, you must submit the following financial documentation if you have been accepted to Carlow University. They are not required for Carlow to issue a Form I-20, the Certificate of Eligibility for Nonimmigrant Student Status, but they are required for Carlow to issue an admissions decision.

• The Office of Admissions will send you a notarized affidavit of support. Affidavits must be submitted in their entirety; copies will not be accepted.
• Official/Notarized Bank or Employer's Statement: All affidavits of support must be supported by an official/notarized bank or employer's statement demonstrating that the pledged amount is accessible. Each sponsor must submit a Carlow notarized document with an accompanying statement if a student has more than one sponsor. Bank statements must be accurate.
