Coursework that qualifies
Combination of the two
Take at least one subtest of the California Subject Examination (CSET) in the content area of the targeted credential or achieve the Subject Matter Competency equivalence (qualifying undergraduate major).
Attain the required grade point average:
For unconditional admission, a minimum 3.0 GPA is required, whereas conditional admission requires a minimum 2.75 GPA.
Applicants who do not reach the minimal GPA requirements but pass all subsets of the CSET exam for the targeted credential curriculum area may be considered for admission.
