The Hilltop's pinnacle is occupied by Geisert, making its top floor one of the highest places in the Peoria region. The basement houses a cafeteria on campus. First-year and upper-level students live in Geisert together. With 385 students living there each year, it is co-ed by floor.

Bradley's main door is also visible from Harper, a seven-story dorm. With 282 residents each year, it contains a mixture of first-year and upper-level students. Wyckoff and Harper share a lobby.

Bradley's Global Living Learning Community, which unites students interested in learning about various cultures through global experiences, professional interests, and campus activities, is located in Heitz. On its four floors, the co-ed dorm houses 187 students, most of whom are sophomores.

Bradley's student-run Hilltop Studios are located in the University, a five-story dorm, and Lydia's Lounge holds events all year long. 354 first-year students are housed in the co-ed dorm on each floor.

The Honors Program Living Learning Community at Bradley is located in Williams and offers a dedicated academic atmosphere and events for Honors Program students. Williams also includes a cafeteria and a restaurant called Center Court. The five levels of the co-ed dorm, which has 381 predominantly upper-class residents, are each co-ed.

170 first-year students live in Wyckoff, a five-story dorm. It shares a lobby with Harper and is coed by the floor. This building houses Bradley's Open Housing. There is no elevator in this building.

Three single-room dorms for upper-level students make up the Singles Complex: Elmwood, Lovelace, and Wendle halls. 162 students are housed in the building's coed floors overall.

- Student Apartment Complex (SAC)
A non-smoking, six-story building on campus with 100 apartments is called the Student Apartment Complex. Each unfurnished apartment has a living area, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

This off-campus housing complex for upper-class students is owned and run by Bradley University. The 16-building complex offers roomy one- to four-bedroom apartments with full kitchens, dishwashers, and electric stoves. There are laundry rooms in each building.

The five-story, 197-bed Main Street Commons student housing complex is one block from the university. The complex offers two and three-bedroom homes open to sophomores, juniors, and seniors (coed living is optional).
