In the year 2021, Baylor University had a stellar job placement record, with an astounding 86 percent placement rate (based on data from 99.6% of the class) within six months of graduation. As a result, many recent grads were able to secure full-time employment rather quickly. According to the National Association of Colleges and Employers' November 2021 statistics, Baylor outperformed the national UG placement average, which was only 50%.Within 90 days after graduation in autumn 2020, 73 percent of students were working or pursuing their education. The number of students who took a full-time job, completed their education, or joined the military or volunteered climbed as well. The success percentage of the 2021 batch, according to the university's career centre, was 88 percent, which was 5% higher than the previous year (83 percent in 2020). The students' success percentage illustrates Baylor's dedication to shaping the futures of all current and former students, both within and outside of the classroom.
