Students must have a high school diploma or certificate from a recognised institution or school. There are no explicit course requirements for entrance consideration at Baylor. It does, however, recommend that students take the following courses as part of their high school education:

Applicants can also apply using their SAT or ACT results. This is, however, an optional step, and students who do not submit their test scores will not be penalised.

Admissions to Graduate School
Students must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and an undergraduate degree (US equivalent) from an approved university. To be eligible for admission, Indian applicants must have a four-year bachelor's degree in medicine, engineering, or technology from an institution recognised by the Ministry of Education, or a master's degree.
