• Shelves and book storage space
• Service with basic cable
• Internet access at a basic level
• Toilets and Bathrooms (toilet paper, mirror, basic white shower curtain)
• The use of air conditioning
• For study or recreation, there are lounge rooms.
• Facilities for doing laundry
• Snack vending devices that accept coins
• Lab for computers
• Cleaning of communal areas/housekeeping equipment for personal usage on a daily basis
