Three residence halls and five apartment-style homes are available to undergraduate students at APU as an on-campus housing option. All first- and second-year students at APU must live on campus by filling out the Request for Campus Housing Assignment Form.

• Double and triple occupancy rooms with essential amenities are available in the multi-story coed and women's residence halls. Additionally, there are study rooms, card-operated laundry rooms, and communal restrooms in each wing
• According to university standards, residents living in residence halls must acquire a dining plan
• The campus apartments feature a kitchen, living room, and single or double bedrooms with standard utilities, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and central heating and air conditioning
• Housing costs for students living on campus range from 2581 to 3482 USD each semester
• For people living on or off-campus, APU provides six different dining plans, ranging in price from $400 per semester to $2,560 per semester
