The Howard Brodie Residence Hall, located at 655 Sutter Street, is the university's largest all-female residence hall, with shared rooms and communal toilets on each floor.
All students living in residence halls are required to have a meal plan.

Studio apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, 3 bedroom apartments, 2 bedroom apartments, and single bedroom apartments are among the residential types.
The typical monthly rent is between 1000 and 1500 dollars.
All of the basic amenities are included in the student apartments, including electricity, water, gas, a modular kitchen, laundry, and unrestricted internet access.
