If you apply for university-managed housing by May 31st, you will be guaranteed a spot if you are a first-year undergraduate student who has accepted a conditional or unconditional offer. Because spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, the sooner you respond, the greater your chances of getting your first-choice of lodging.

We offer contemporary housing to accommodate a variety of budgets and demands, with over 1,000 single-occupancy rooms across our campuses. We prioritize your safety and comfort, thus all university-managed halls provide 24-hour security, 24-hour emergency maintenance, free contents insurance, and communal area cleaning. Internet connection (wired and wireless), utility charges, and a free gym membership are also included.
