On-campus Accommodation

At the university, all students have access to on-campus accommodation.

• On the Swansea Campus, first-year students can apply for one of approximately 300 rooms, which include a mix of traditional study rooms and rooms with en-suite facilities
• On all three main campuses, on-site 'halls,' or student accommodation, are provided, with many of these rooms allocated for first-year students

Off-Campus Accommodation

There are also studio flats, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and communal apartments available.

• The average rent is between 500 and 700 pounds per month
• Most student bedrooms include a double bed, desk and chair, wardrobes, and a chest of drawers as a bare minimum
• All flats come with electric or gas central heating and toilet amenities
