Students have a variety of housing alternatives at the institution, ranging from their own student homes to privately rented nearby housing.

Dedicated student housing is available for people studying in or near Inverness. They also assist students looking for good, cheap places to stay in the area through their accommodation list, which contains contact information for private lodging providers who have offered rooms to students. On-campus, there is a purpose-built student house with 300 en-suite bedrooms and communal kitchen and living facilities.
A single en-suite room with a shared kitchen and living area will cost £115 per week in 2022/23, while a studio en-suite bedroom with cooking facilities would cost £141.75. If you have previously stayed with us and would like to stay in a studio room in 2022/23, you will be eligible for the rate of £135 per week. Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, and secure bike storage are all included in the fee. There are also laundry facilities in the student housing and a support system for students adjusting to university life.

The Bayhead Bridge Centre in Stornoway offers self-catering accommodations. It's a terrific spot to be, with easy access to the college and town centre, which are only a ten-minute walk away.
The Bayhead Bridge Centre's rooms are modern and well-equipped, with en-suite bathrooms, a desk, and an internet connection. There is a kitchen and lounge area in each of the five bedrooms. Snooker, computer games, and a sports hall are the sports and activities facilities provided at the centre. There is also a laundry on-site, as well as a café that is open until 8 p.m. most days.

Elgin, an old cathedral city with excellent sports and social facilities and convenient access to Inverness and Aberdeen, is home to the Moray College UHI campus. The student housing is conveniently positioned just a short walk from the main campus building and close to the city centre of Elgin.

Dornoch is a golfer's paradise, with the Royal Dornoch Golf Club at its heart. The town is attractive, and the beaches and shoreline make it an ideal vacation spot. The lodging is in the heart of Dornoch, just a few minutes' walk from the campus. Your golfing equipment can even be stored safely and securely at the university.

On-campus, a purpose-built student home houses 72 students in 16 shared flats with kitchen/dining and living facilities. On-site amenities include laundry, car parking (for a cost), and bicycle storage. A single en-suite room at the apartments costs £125.65 per week, while shared en-suite rooms cost £97.08 per week (based on two-person sharing). Wi-Fi, heating, electricity, and secure cycle storage are included in the price.

Offers modern, comfortable lodging in beautiful settings with a view of the Sound of Sleat. There are 84 rooms in total, all of which are en-suite, three being wheelchair accessible.
There is a kitchen and lounge room in each dormitory block, as well as laundry facilities on campus. Rooms are serviced weekly, and bed linen and towels are provided.
The accommodation package includes full board cuisine, and the college is happy to accommodate anyone with special dietary requirements. In the campus canteen, students and employees dine together, so you'll have the opportunity to meet everyone.
Upon admittance to their chosen course, all full-time students are guaranteed a spot in campus housing. The cost of accommodation for the academic year is £4,750, including all meals, utilities, and free Wi-Fi access. Students can choose from three payment options, which can be discussed with the Finance Officer after registering.
Sabhal Mr Ostaig now offers self-catering accommodations. There are 17 spots available, and they will be initially granted to students in their second year and up.

SAMS may accommodate up to 11 students in the Margaret Barnes Building on campus. Priority is given to first-year students who are under the age of eighteen when they begin their studies or who have special needs.
