Admission of University of Surrey

ICSE/CBSE, West Bengal board, or another recognised state exam board completed standard XII with at least 50% overall or greater depending on the course.

In order to be considered for a programme that needs a UK 2:1, the applicant must score at least 60% or 65 percent.
An applicant must score at least 55 percent or 60 percent for a course that requires a UK 2:2.
To be eligible for a scholarship for a programme that requires a UK first-class, the applicant must score at least 65 percent or 70%.
Applicants who do not meet the prerequisites can apply to the foundational programme (for undergraduates) or the Pre-masters Preparation Program (for Master's courses). After completing the programme, students can enrol in their desired course.

IELTS is not required for Indians to enrol in an undergraduate or postgraduate taught course at the University of Surrey.
The institution accepts 70 percent of ISC/CBSE 12th board exam English and 80 percent of the majority of Indian state boards' 12th board exam English.
