On-Campus Support and Services

Student life is all about independence, but that doesn't mean you won't need assistance from time to time. Check out the various support and services offered at Leicester accommodation.

Accommodation

Leicester's Accommodation Team can be reached by email or phone 24 hours a day, or you can simply visit either The Village or The City's 24-hour reception. The team is always available to assist you, whether you've misplaced your key, have a question regarding your accommodation, or simply want a cup of tea and a chat.

Residential Consultants

Residential Advisors (RAs) at Leicester are current students who work as part of the Residence Life Team to assist you with your transition. The RAs can be identified by their unique green hoodies, and they are all ready to offer assistance and guidance.

Neat and Tidy

You are in charge of your own room as well as the kitchen that you share with other pupils. Leicester's  Housekeepers and Domestic Assistants clean communal areas such as shared bathrooms, entrance lobbies, stairs, and hallways. Your regular cleaner is a crucial member of the Village's 'family', and you'll get along seamlessly with them in no time.
