Direct access to the sea is offered by the rooms here built-in 2002. First-year, graduate, and returning students may live in this residence hall. Students from the Computational Foundry, School of Management, and College of Engineering can live in this residence.

The Singleton Campus is adjacent to Swansea Bay, the sports village, and Singleton Hospital. The complex's 1182 rooms consist of a variety of

Off-Campus Accommodation

Nearly two miles away from Singleton Park Campus is Hendrefoelan Student Village, also known as HSV or the Village.

Beck House consists of 7 buildings with 2 to 4 floors, each housing 6 to 11 students. It primarily houses graduate, adult, and international students as well as their families. It is situated within walking distance of well-known stores, pubs, cafés, banks, and restaurants and is only 1.5 miles from the Singleton campus.
