As a Central student, you have the choice of staying at one of the following places:
Privately rented lodging
Many Central students choose to share a flat or house with other students or London-based professionals. Typically, each student would have their own room and share public spaces such as the kitchen, bathroom, and living room, as well as the cost of bills. Some students choose to live on their own, although this can be costly.
Intercollegiate Halls of the University of London
• Student Halls
Central receives room allocations each year as a University of London institution. The halls are located in the heart of London (near Marble Arch, Kings Cross, St Pancras, and Euston) and offer both catered and non-catered rooms.
• Private Residence Halls
Private halls are student housing run by for-profit businesses. All bills are usually included in the rent, and accommodations range from studios to single en-suites to twins. Most have community rooms as well as onsite amenities such as a gym.
Homestaying with a Resident Landlord (Host family)
This sort of housing is occasionally chosen by students as a more flexible and cost-effective alternative to renting. Typically, a student will have their own room and share the rest of the facilities with the Landlord or host family.
