AAA Equals 85 percent overall in six x grade 12 U or U/C courses. The course must be at U or U/C level if an A level topic is required. AAB = 80 percent overall in six grade 12 U or U/C courses is the A level prerequisite.

A applicant must meet the following basic requirements to be admitted to the LL M programme: LLB or a four-year law degree equivalent.
A candidate's aggregate for his or her courses in his or her previous degree OR should be at least 60%.
Possess an equivalent international qualification as determined by SAQA.
