In most cases, you should have (or expect to get) an undergraduate degree in a relevant topic with at least a second-class standing.

You must also meet our fitness to train requirements for some of our master's degrees.
To study with us, you must complete our English language requirements if English is not your first language. Our programme pages have a list of these. When you begin your studies with us, your English language qualifications should be less than two years old.

We usually request IELTS since it allows us to see which aspects of your English need to be improved. We do, however, accept a variety of alternative English language credentials.

If you require further assistance in meeting our English language standards, we offer courses that can assist you. Pre-sessional English Language courses are available to help you enhance your English skills in preparation for your main term of study with us. International Pathways are also available, which can help you prepare for degree-level study at Goldsmiths or another UK university.
