The following are the minimum eligibility requirements for candidates to be considered for admission : 

For Undergraduate :

• 50% overall score
• If a certain topic is necessary for admission to a degree program, it must be completed with a grade of 55%.
• 3% margin to be considered by UCLan staff based on the institution's reputation, work experience, etc.
• 65% or 70% in Year 12 English – dependent upon State Board

For Postgraduate :

• 75% in Year 12 English OR 70% average grade in Year 11 and Year 12 English provided Year 12 is not below 65%.
• 58% in bachelor's degree.
