The following entrance standards must be satisfied by international high school applicants:

Eligibility for Undergraduates

You must meet the following requirements if you are an overseas student who has just completed high school and has no previous postsecondary experience:

• Show off your command of the English language.
• Satisfy the normal entrance requirements for your country or study programme. The Standard International Curriculum, which covers the International Baccalaureate (IB) and British patterned Education (GCE) requirements, is detailed on the Foreign entrance criteria page
• meet the needs of the programme you've chosen (s)

For those aspiring Indians

A minimum of 60% in each of the senior-level courses listed below with a comparable minimum average of 70%:

• English or a first language literature course
• Mathematics
• additional academic coursework

Many programmes demand that high school graduates master a particular subject. A high percentage of at least 85% is required for direct admittance.

Eligibility for graduates

You must meet the following criteria if you are an international applicant seeking admission to the University of Manitoba:

• It is necessary to have completed a four-year undergraduate programme or its equivalent
• English language proficiency must be shown
