• The average monthly rent is between CAD 550 and CAD 650
• Studio flats, 3 bedroom apartments, 4 bedroom apartments, and shared apartments are also available
• All basic amenities such as power, hydro, and unrestricted internet are included in the fee for the student homes
• A laundry facility is also accessible on site
