Two of the most critical considerations are cleanliness and safety.

All of our homestays are located in secure areas. We want families who can provide at least a private furnished room with:

• There is a window
• A bed with fresh linens, pillows, a pillowcase, a dresser, a desk, a chair, a lamp, and a closet
• Having access to a bathroom and its amenities
• Laundry facilities, procedures, and soap are all available.
• Meals requested by the meal plan (entire board or half board)
• A key to the residence and instructions on using a security system if the family owns one.
