  • Tamwood or Tamwood International College, founded in 1992, is a private career college and language school headquartered in British Columbia, Canada. Over 3,000 students enroll at Tamwood every year, and the college has had 72,354 graduates to date.

You have completed: The final year of general/secondary education.


English Level: Intermediate to advanced skill level. Tamwood Pathway Program completion of EAP 192 for Business and EAP 193 for Hospitality, or a level comparable to IELTS 5.0 for Business and IELTS 5.5 for Hospitality, or a level equivalent to IELTS 5.0 for Business and IELTS 5.5 for Hospitality. You should be willing to learn in an intercultural setting and eager to communicate in English with your teachers and classmates. The only medium of teaching will be English, Staff personnel, on the other hand, are fluent in the majority of prevalent language.


Documents: To visit or study in Canada, you must have a valid passport and be eligible to do so. We strongly advise you to apply for a study permit. Tamwood will send you a Letter of Acceptance (LOA) to provide with your visa application.



Admission Process



Step 1: Complete the online application. or send Tamwood a copy of your completed enrollment and homestay application forms. Tamwood's Agent Website has these available for download. Students should send their English Assessment Score to the email they received from Tamwood for particular courses.


Step 2: Within 24 hours, Tamwood will acknowledge receipt of your registration.


Step 3: Tamwood makes every effort to process all applications within two (2) business days, but this may take up to three days during our peak application season.


Step 4: Tamwood will take care of your reservation and give you two invoices: one for you and the student.


Step 5: Tamwood will send you an acceptance letter with the dates of your studies written on it. Acceptance is contingent on Tamwood obtaining complete payment of the net invoiced fee before the student begins their programme.

  • Meals requested by the meal plan (entire board or half board)
