On-campus housing is available.

• Almost 250 students are housed in two on-campus dormitories at the university.
• The Kekuli House (Castlegar) or Tenth Street (Nelson) residences are available to applicants.
• In each room, students were given two bookshelves, a desk, a two-burner cooktop, a large half-fridge, and a common bathroom.

Off-Campus Accommodation

Off-campus housing is available.

• The typical monthly rent is between 600 and 800 CAD.
• Studio apartments, three-bedroom apartments, four-bedroom apartments, and communal apartments are among the residential types.
• The flats are fully equipped with free high-speed internet access and central air conditioning.
• Eat-in kitchens, dishwashers, laundry, and walk-in closets are all included in the apartments.
