The eligibility criteria is different for different courses. The general criteria does not apply here.

English language Proficiency Requirements : 

• Past Academic Study — In addition to the entrance application, students must submit authentic transcripts in English indicating their previous academic study. It is not necessary for students from English Language Proficiency Exempt Countries to submit any documents.

• ESL Exam — Students who cannot offer required transcripts as proof of English Language Proficiency must take the ESL exam as a formal assessment. Exam results are valid for two years following the test date.
