Mohawk Residence is solely available to Fennell Campus students and has a capacity of 340 students.
The property has 170 completely furnished two-bedroom units with included TV and Wifi.
Staff are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to help students with their needs. The residence is also equipped with 24-hour video surveillance.
First-come, first-served basis is used to fill rooms. As a result, it is strongly advised that students apply as soon as possible using the MyHousingPortal.
The purchase of a meal plan is required for Mohawk Residency students.
Students with medical issues who require specific accommodations may contact the Accessible Learning Services office.
Housekeeping services are usually done every two weeks. However, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, housekeeping services are no longer available.
Kitchen, Laundry Room, Games Room, Study Lounge, and Movie Lounge are among the Common Rooms provided.
International students can live with a Canadian family as part of the Homestay Program.
