Herzing College promises its students good and well-paying placements, with a placement rate of 89 percent (as of 2020). The college's Career Development Department works closely with employer partners to help them find the best personnel for their needs and to ensure that the curriculum of the programmes meets the needs of the industry. Aside from their career-oriented education, students are provided special Career Development classes to assist them prepare for the professional world. For their students' overall experience, they use the P.R.I.C.E paradigm (Professionalism, Respect, Integrity, Caring, and Engagement). The Career Development Department of the college assists students by matching them with appropriate internships and assisting them in developing their resumes. They send resumes to companies looking to hire students for full-time or part-time positions. Not only is continuous employment support provided during their programme, but also after they have completed it.
