Georgian College

Georgian College offers students a variety of housing options, ranging from on-campus residences to off-campus apartments and houses for rent or sharing. On-campus housing is available at three campuses: Barrie, Orillia, and Owen Sound. The Barrie campus has two-bedroom suites, while the Orillia and Owen Sound campuses have four-bedroom suites. All of the residences include basic amenities and are fully furnished.

• Pay only for an academic year, which is eight months, rather than a 12-month lease.
• All basic amenities, such as labs, libraries, and others, are within walking distance.
• No obnoxious or bothersome roommates who refuse to pay their bills on time.
