Undergraduate Admissions

The Emily Carr University of Design and Arts offers 11 Undergraduate degrees in various majors to overseas students. Both domestic and international undergraduate applicants have the same deadlines and application procedures at the university. Domestic undergraduate applicants, on the other hand, must meet different entrance requirements.

Requirements for Admission:

• Proof of graduation from a secondary school in the 12th grade
• All official academic transcripts, certificates, or grade records from the secondary school where you were educated
• Scores on English proficiency tests
• Applicants must submit their portfolios online via SlideRoom

Graduate Admissions

Master of Fine Arts and Master of Design are the two main graduate programmes offered by the organisation. On a scale of 4.0, the programmes demand an average GPA of 3.0. International applicants must pay a CAD 100 application fee to apply to the PG programmes using the university's online portal. The admission requirements for both graduate degrees are listed below.

• Portfolio: a collection of 18 to 20 graphic projects
