  • Based in British Columbia, The Canadian Tourism College is a private university and one of the few institutions from Canada to receive the Education Quality Assurance Award. It is owned and operated by the International Language Academy of Canada (ILAC).
  • This institute has two campuses in British Columbia - one in Surrey and the other in Vancouver and is also renowned for housing several South Asians residing in British Columbia. Canadian Tourism College programs include certificate, diploma and online certificate programs in disciplines like Travel and Tourism, Flight Attendant and Hospitality.
  • Though CTC does not extend any on-campus accommodation facilities for international and domestic students, students can get in touch with CTC International Admission Coordinator. Travel Agent Certificate and Events & Meeting Planning Certificate are two online programs offered by the Canadian Tourism College. International students not fluent in English can opt for In-person and Online English Assessment courses. Canadian Tourism College admissions occur on a rolling basis throughout the year.
  • This institute extends scholarships ranging between 500 to 10000 CAD to those willing to learn about the tourism industry. Several other loans and scholarships are available for international students. These include BCCHS Scholarships, Surrey Partners36 Scholarships, John F. Hamilton Scholarship, BC John M.Toomer Education Scholarship, India Canada Cultural Association of Victoria Scholarship, and more. Besides these, the Canada and British Columbia Student Aid helps students with grants, scholarships and loans for post-secondary education.
  • Some organizations that hire CTC graduates include Central Mountain Air, WestJet, Fairmont Hotels, Swissport, Princess Cruises, Red Mountain Resort, Pan Pacific Hotels, Hyatt Regency, Air Canada, Air North, Apex Mountain Resort.
