Things to keep in mind while looking for off-campus accommodation:

• Average rent ranges from CAD 650 to CAD 850 for shared rooms
• Accommodation includes apartment and homestays
• Major Amenities includes Wifi, laundry services, electricity etc
• Both furnished and unfurnished apartments are available
• Lease of 6 months is required for few apartments
