Algoma University, founded in 1965 as Algoma College, is spread over three campuses, namely, Sault Ste. Marie, Timmins, and Brampton. This university was conferred the status of a private university in 2005 and has expanded hugely. Found in the center of the city of Brampton, this campus offers a variety of courses. It is well known for its BBA courses in various disciplines via accelerated courses in less than 20 months.
The college provides undergraduate degree options. Students can pursue 3 to 4-year courses via the program.
