Murdoch University Village is home to a thriving community of over 800 students. The village offers a variety of safe residences and recreational amenities such as a beach volleyball court, pool, study rooms, and a student lounge.
You can also participate in the Live, Learn, and Grow residential living programme, which will assist you in adjusting to college life.

Several types of shared and independent housing options are accessible to you if you want to live off-campus. Consider residing in one of the following suburbs if you want to be close to our Perth campus: Murdoch, Kardinya, Leeming, Coolbellup, Bibra Lake, North Lake, Bull Creek, Winthrop, Bateman, or Willagee.
- Live with an Australian family
You can apply for homestay housing through the Australian Homestay Network if you are travelling to Australia from abroad and want to experience living as a member of an Australian family. Facilities provided are:
- When you initially get there, your host family will pick you up from the airport
- Interacting with your host family will help you become more fluent in English
- With guidance from local authorities, take advantage of the neighbourhood and culture
- Attend social gatherings and meet new folks
- Gain from the assistance and counsel offered by your host family
