The streams are Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management- Commercial Cookery and Patisserie Stream, Diploma of Hospitality Management- Commercial Cookery Stream, Diploma of Hospitality Management- Commercial Patisserie Stream, Certificate III in Commercial Patisserie, Certificate III in Commercial Patisserie, Certificate IV in Commercial Patisserie, Certificate IV in Commercial Patisserie and Work-based Training. The cooking school provides the students numerous facilities and services like a fully equipped practical kitchens and ovens for individual hands-on learning, front desk student support for 7 days a week, over 70 computers for students, multiple theory classrooms, and a resource library. They also offer a number of non-academic facilities to the students such as toilets for disabled individuals, student changing rooms, student kitchens, student lockers, student lockers, student break rooms and wi-fi for students on all campuses. Front Cooking School of Melbourne doesn’t offer any allowance or financial aid since the course is for a short period.
